Pre-Reception

The pre-reception will be held at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in the Whitehall Room, beginning at 2:30PM. The venue is located in the Convention Center of the Grand Floridian. 

 

The pre-reception area is accessible from the Wedding Pavilion by foot, via a five-minute, outdoor walk (with an optional detour through the Resort's main lobby). Disney wedding attendants will be available to provide directions. Guests driving to the ceremony may re-park at the opposite end of the resort nearest to the ballrooms by following directional signage to the Convention Center parking area. Refer to the interactive resort map for illustrations of these directions and more details.

Reception

The reception will be held at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in Salon V, from 3:30PM to 7:30PM. The reception ballroom is down the hall from the pre-reception venue. Table assignments will be provided at the beginning of the event. Plated meals will be served, and complimentary bar service (including alcohol) will be available throughout the reception – the couple asks their Guests to drink responsibly.
