Time & Place

The rehearsal events will be held on the morning of Sunday, October 31, 2021, beginning at 10:00 AM. The events will be held at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, pictured below. These resorts are conjoined and accessible to one another by walkway, via a five-minute covered indoor/outdoor walk.

Ceremony Rehearsal

The rehearsal will be held at Disney's Yacht Club Resort in Asbury A Ballroom from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. All members of the Wedding Party are asked to attend and should arrive by 9:30 AM. Please allow for 90 minutes of travel time when using resort transportation, as transfers will be required for this destination.

Celebratory Meal

All members of the Wedding Party and their families are invited to attend a celebratory meal hosted by the groom's parents, which will immediately follow the ceremony rehearsal. The event venue, Ariel's, is located at the adjacent Disney's Beach Club Resort. Guests may walk to this venue from the ceremony rehearsal or re-park their vehicle at the Beach Club resort.

Self-Parking

Self-parking is available at Disney's Yacht Club Resort via an attended security kiosk. When you arrive at the resort, present photo identification and tell the security host/hostess you are attending the Kochmer/Richione Wedding Rehearsal. Proceed through the kiosk, take the first left-hand turn and park your vehicle in the lot. The building nearest the parking lot is the Convention Center, where the rehearsal will be held. Use the front doors under the porte cochère and follow the directional signage to the rehearsal room.

Attire 

Business casual attire is requested for the rehearsal events. While all events will be held at indoor venues, Guests should dress accordingly for the day's weather, as a brief outdoor walk may be required to access Ariel's for the celebratory meal following the rehearsal.
